Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire procurement process from purchase planning to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure quality standards meet company requirements.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage, and disposal of excess or obsolete items.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic purchasing decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in real estate industry or related field (construction/maintenance).
- Strong knowledge of purchase vendor development, price negotiation, and new vendor development.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (sales team) and external suppliers.
