We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with robust expertise in API development, cloud technologies, and stakeholder management.

location: Bangalore

One candidate will lead the API development workstream, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role will play a key part in a large-scale modernization initiative involving React UI development, Spring Boot APIs, AWS services.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Define API standards, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Review architecture, code quality, performance, and security aspects of applications.
• Mentor and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements & Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
• Facilitate discussions across multiple teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Full Stack Development
• Develop and enhance user interfaces using React.js.
• Build scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with enterprise applications and data platforms.

Data & Reporting Modernization




• Develop data access services and reporting solutions.
• Build native reporting and dashboard capabilities within React applications.
Cloud & Platform Engineering
• Design and develop solutions leveraging AWS services, including:
o AWS Lambda
o Amazon S3
o Amazon EMR
• Understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on cloud-based data processing and analytics initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :
Core Technologies
• Strong hands-on experience in:
o Java (Java 8+)
o Spring Boot
o REST API Development
o React.js
o JavaScript/TypeScript
Database & Data Platforms
• Strong SQL expertise (mandatory).
• Experience with:
o Amazon Redshift
o PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Snowflake and data warehouse migration projects is an add on.
Leadership & Agile
• Experience leading development teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong experience in:
o Agile/Scrum methodologies
o User story creation and refinement
o Sprint planning and backlog management

Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
• Exposure to Tableau migration or reporting modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven design.
• AWS certification(s) preferred.
