Job Description:
- Design and develop BIW welding fixtures, checking fixtures and tooling.
- Create 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T;, fixture concepts, automotive body structures and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with clients and manufacturing teams for design modifications and project requirements.
- Review designs and ensure quality, feasibility and timely project delivery.
- Skills Required: CATIA V5, BIW Fixture Design, GD&T;, Automotive Tooling, Jigs & Fixtures.
