- Review and analyse tender documents, BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender pricing.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, commercial Bid Preparation, and project teams for tender inputs.
- Prepare technical and commercial Bid for tender submissions within stipulated timelines.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Identify project risks, exclusions, deviations, and commercial implications.
- Assist in preparing pre-bid queries, clarifications, and tender presentations.
- Conduct market analysis for material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor rates.
- Maintain tender records, cost databases, and estimation benchmarks.
- Support post-tender negotiations and handover of awarded projects to the execution team.
