Position: Surgery Lead Analyst
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Location: Hyderabad & Chennai
Salary: Up to 7.3 LPA
Notice Period: Candidates with up to 2 months notice period are accepted

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day surgery coding operations and workflow.
- Review and ensure accuracy of surgical coding as per client and organizational guidelines.
- Handle complex surgical charts and provide coding guidance to team members.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Conduct regular quality audits and identify recurring coding errors.
- Support team members with coding queries, escalations, and process-related issues.
- Coordinate with QA, operations, and other stakeholders to resolve coding-related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and applicable coding guidelines.
- Prepare and share productivity and quality reports with management.




- Participate in process improvement and training initiatives.
- Mentor junior coders and support the team in achieving quality and productivity targets.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Surgery coding and related medical terminology.
- Good understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS coding guidelines.
- Ability to handle complex surgical cases independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and team-handling abilities.
- Experience in quality management, auditing, or mentoring will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 4 years of relevant Surgery coding experience as a coder is also Eligible
- Candidates who can join within 2 months are eligible.
- Candidates willing to work from Hyderabad or Chennai can apply.
