Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's presence in the assigned territory.
- Identify current business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase agent productivity, retention, and recruitment efforts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales planning and strategy.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience as an APC (Agency Channel) Territory Manager or similar role in life insurance industry.
- Proven track record of success in agent recruitment, development, and retention.
- Strong understanding of IM (Insurance Management) systems and processes.
