Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Human Resource Manager with a strong background in bulk hiring and multilingual recruitment. The ideal candidate should have successfully managed

large-scale hiring drives across multiple regions and possess expertise in recruiting candidates proficient in Tamil. The candidate must be able to communicate fluently in Tamil.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.

- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.

- Execute hiring strategies and meet recruitment targets.

- Build talent pipelines through portals, referrals, and consultancies.

- Coordinate with hiring managers and manage recruitment MIS.

- Conduct walk-ins and hiring drives.

- Ensure compliance and candidate experience.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in bulk hiring..

- Solid sourcing, stakeholder management, and Excel skills.

Preferred Qualification

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Experience in BFSI/BPO/Contact Centre preferred.
