This hybrid corporate role focuses on end to end supply chain and procurement operations across source to pay activities supporting project procurement and operational purchasing while optimizing category strategies through Ariba based solutions. Responsibilities

- Drive end to end procurement lifecycle in a corporate environment covering requisition validation purchase order creation and order tracking to ensure timely material and service availability for business stakeholders.
- Manage supply chain procurement activities in the procure to pay cycle by aligning demand planning sourcing execution and invoice resolution to support accurate financial posting and continuous operational flow.
- Coordinate project procurement management activities by translating project plans into procurement actions such as bid requests purchase commitments and delivery schedules to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Execute operational procurement tasks including handling daily purchase requests performing commercial checks and ensuring contract compliance to support smooth day to day business operations.
- Optimize Ariba based category procurement processes by configuring catalog usage managing events and monitoring compliance metrics to drive spend visibility and standardized buying behavior.




- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as finance operations and project management to consolidate requirements negotiate favorable commercial terms and align procurement actions with business priorities.
- Conduct data driven spend analysis and supplier performance reviews using available procurement tools and reports to identify savings opportunities risk factors and process improvement potential.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation including orders contracts and supplier records in corporate systems to support audit readiness regulatory adherence and transparent governance controls.
- Resolve procurement and supply issues such as delivery deviations pricing discrepancies and quality concerns through structured root cause analysis and targeted corrective actions.
- Support category strategy execution by following sourcing guidelines monitoring market trends and recommending alternative suppliers or materials to strengthen resilience and reduce total cost of ownership.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain and procurement operations by documenting process gaps proposing enhancements and participating in implementation and user training activities.




- Ensure adherence to corporate policies ethics standards and sustainability considerations in all procurement decisions to protect organizational reputation and create positive impact for communities.
- Coordinate hybrid work interactions through digital collaboration tools and scheduled office presence to maintain strong communication transparency and responsiveness with stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Demonstrate solid experience in supply chain procurement within procure to pay processes including requisition handling ordering tracking and invoice coordination gained over two to six years in a corporate setting.
- Apply practical knowledge of project procurement management by converting project needs into sourcing plans managing timelines and supporting project teams with reliable material and service availability.
- Utilize operational procurement expertise to manage high volume transactional purchasing while maintaining accuracy compliance and timely resolution of supplier or invoice issues.
- Operate confidently within Ariba category procurement environments by using relevant modules for sourcing catalog management approval workflows and basic reporting to enhance category performance.
- Bring robust analytical and communication skills that support negotiation with suppliers collaboration with internal teams and clear documentation of procurement decisions and outcomes.
- Exhibit familiarity with hybrid work models using digital tools to coordinate tasks maintain productivity and ensure that on site presence adds value to collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
