Job Title - Sales Manager

Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical).

Experience required – 5-7 years in sales of capital goods, preferably cranes and hoists.

Location – Pune, Delhi, Chennai

Responsibilities

- Generate leads for electric chain hoists.
- Understand customer requirements and make quotations.
- Participate in techno-commercial negotiations with customers and finalize orders based on company norms.
- Value selling to customers.
- Follow up with for payment collection.
- Key account management with big customers.
- Weekly reporting of leads, hot offers and orders received.
- Post delivery communication with customers for successful completion of projects.
- Involvement in developing the strategy for direct and dealer sales in India.
- Customer relationship management.




- Any other day to day activities as delegated by the management which may not be restricted to sales.

Qualities required in candidate-

- Basic engineering knowledge for understanding of product.
- Self-motivated individual who does not require constant supervision.
- Goal-oriented person who works towards achieving the company & individual targets.
- Positive people and customer networking skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.

- Ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues.
