Job Summary

Infosys is seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with hands-on experience in JMeter and LoadRunner to assess, analyze, and optimize application performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance testing strategies, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring applications meet scalability, reliability, and stability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and volume testing.
- Create and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter and Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Analyze application performance metrics and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Monitor system, application, database, and server performance during test execution.




- Prepare workload models and test scenarios based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide tuning recommendations.
- Generate performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Support Performance Engineering initiatives across projects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous performance improvements.
