- Handle end-to-end processing of Consumer Durable Loan applications.
- Verify customer documents, KYC details and eligibility as per company guidelines.
- Process loan applications accurately within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Coordinate with customers, dealers and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper documentation for all loan applications.
Check customer information and supporting documents for completeness and authenticity.
