Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of vehicle thermal management systems for buses and trucks.
- Develop cooling package layouts including radiators, charge air coolers, condensers, and coolant routing.
- Perform thermal packaging studies and subsystem integration.
- Support thermal validation, testing, and issue resolution activities.
- Coordinate with powertrain, HVAC, and vehicle integration teams.
Required Skills
- Vehicle cooling and thermal management systems.
- Radiator, CAC, coolant circuits, and thermal package design.
- CATIA / Creo / NX.
- CFD exposure and thermal analysis knowledge.
- DFMEA, DVP&R;, and vehicle integration.
