What you’ll work on • Sourcing and screening candidates across creative, production, editing, sales and marketing roles • Coordinating interviews and candidate follow-ups • Supporting onboarding and employee documentation • Maintaining recruitment, attendance and HR records • Assisting with day-to-day HR operations • Building a talent network across filmmaking, editing and creative production • Supporting employee engagement and internal coordination What we’re looking for • Currently pursuing or recently completed HR, MBA,
