Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Employment Type: Full-time, In office Experience Required: 3-4 years minimum About the Role We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Kolkata. You will handle print and packaging design, photo manipulation, and digital marketing creatives, while leading a small team of 2-3 designers. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with efficient, AI-assisted workflows. Key Responsibilities Design print collateral and packaging (brochures, labels, boxes, catalogues, standees, etc.) that is print-ready and production-accurate. Perform advanced photo editing, retouching, and manipulation for product, campaign, and marketing use. Create digital marketing designs for social media, ads, email campaigns, website banners, and other platforms. Edit and produce short videos, reels, and promotional content. Use AI tools in your daily workflow to speed up ideation, production, and enhancement while maintaining quality and brand consistency. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to understand briefs and deliver on deadlines. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.



Manage multiple projects at once and handle client or internal feedback and revisions.
