About the Role We're looking for a Creative Manager to lead Invisel's creative output across video ads, static creatives, carousels, and brand marketing materials. This is a hands-on management role — you'll work with designers, editors, and content creators to make sure every piece of creative is on-brand, on-time, and built to convert. What You'll Do Manage creative production end-to-end — from brief to final delivery — across video, static,



and carousel formats Review and course-correct creative against the brief and Invisel's brand guidelines Own the creative production calendar and keep output on schedule Guide the team on what's converting and translate that into sharper briefs Manage brand marketing materials — packaging assets, collateral, and presentation decks What We're Looking For 2-3 years managing creative production at a D2C brand, media agency, or performance-focused digital agency Hands-on experience across both video and static ad formats — not just one A solid creative eye and the ability to give specific, actionable feedback Comfortable managing multiple briefs and timelines without dropping quality How to Apply Send your CV and portfolio (must include examples across at least two formats — video, static, or carousel) to with the subject "Creative Manager Application — (Your Name)."
