Job Summary

We are looking for a Female Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, and converting enquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training/course solutions.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the training and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements

- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Positive communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Good follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
