- Driving the sales ofone or more of - Appliances/Solar Power Systems/Modular Switches/Switchgear/Wires/DUPS/Batteries/Single Phase Pumps/Solar Water Heater/Stabilizer/Inverter/Fanproduct categories.
- Handling distributors and dealers.
- Increasing the primary secondary sales in the territory.
- Focusing on dealer network management for larger market penetration.
- Prior marketing strategy for short falls of salesgrowth.
- Looking after branding advertising strategy in the territory for brand awareness.
- To solve the problems regarding service if any in the territory.
- Controlling, motivating, enhance communication skills of distributor's sales team

Job Requirements

- Prior Experience in Electricals/Electronics/FMCG industry is mandatory
- Prior experience in Channel sales.
- Awareness of competitor's sales, price, product marketing strategy.
- Should have valuable knowledge in Electrical/Electronicsretail market.
- Command over local language and English.
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
