Showroom Sales Executive (EC Sales)

Experience: 2+ Years in Interior/Showroom Sales

Role Overview: As the first point of contact at our Experience Centre, you will be responsible for welcoming walk-in clients, demonstrating our modular interior solutions, and converting enquiries into confirmed sales.

Shift Timing 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Location & Training 1 week mandatory training program in Coimbatore.

Schedule: Sunday work is mandatory (a weekday off will be provided).

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in clients and provide a tour of the Experience Centre.
- Sales Conversion: Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate interior packages/designs.
- Lead Management: Diligently follow up with potential leads to close sales.
- Coordination: Work with the design team to present quotations and 3D views to clients.

Requirements:

- Robust communication and persuasion skills.
- Proven experience in Interior, Furniture, or Luxury Retail sales.
- Ability to explain materials, finishes, and project timelines clearly.
