-> Master's graduate (MBA or Marketing Preferred)
-> Fluent in English and Tamil must (Any other language would be added advantage)
-> Solid background in field sales/sales preferred
-> Ready to join immediately
-> Mandatory working on weekends
-> Freshers also welcome who can adapt
Responsibilities -
-> Understand local market and plan field marketing campaigns
-> Drive Walk-ins, Achieve admission and revenue goals
-> Recruit, Supervise, Train, and Support the field sales team
-> Execute BTL events (RWAs & Outdoor activations) and drive results
-> Build relationships with preschools and other local partners
-> Boost lead generation and strengthen brand presence
