Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.
- Validate attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and payroll inputs.
- Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Manage employee compensation changes, increments, promotions, and full & final settlements.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, manpower cost, payroll cost, absenteeism, and other HR metrics.
- Maintain accurate employee master data and payroll records.
- Handle employee payroll queries and coordinate with Finance for salary processing.
- Support payroll audits and ensure data confidentiality.
