Job Title: Sales Executive, Banking & Loan Products

Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to promote banking and loan products, generate leads, acquire customers, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and local market activities.
- Promote Personal, Business, Home, Vehicle, MSME Loans and Loan Against Property.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Assist customers with documentation and the loan application process.
- Follow up on leads and coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Build solid customer and channel partner relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain customer records and submit sales/activity reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome; 03 years of BFSI/loan/field sales experience preferred.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel.
- Basic knowledge of banking and loan products.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: 3-6 LPA + Performance Incentives
Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM IST
Location: As per business requirements
