Sagility is hiring for HR recruiters for HYD Location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and offer rollout.
- Manage lateral hiring requirements and ensure timely position closures.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 1-3 years of experience in End-to-End Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of non-IT hiring and recruitment best practices.
- Positive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with job portals and sourcing tools.
- Proficiency in using various job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate offers effectively.

Experience: 0-3 Years
Qualification: Preferably MBA-HR
