Position: Senior Manager u2013 Planning (Formulation/API)
Department: Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Location: Hyderabad u2013 In office
Reporting To: General Manager u2013 SCM Key Responsibilities S&OP; & Strategic Planning

- Manage S&OP;, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and production planning.
- Ensure optimum capacity utilization, timely delivery, and inventory control.
- Develop effective planning strategies based on business requirements. Formulation Planning
- Lead end-to-end planning for formulation manufacturing across multiple sites.
- Align production plans with business, customer, and supply chain requirements.
- Monitor production schedules and address planning-related gaps. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Production, Quality,



Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination to achieve operational and supply chain objectives.
- Resolve planning issues through effective stakeholder management. Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Drive operational excellence and planning efficiency.
