Change Management Specialist

Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience: 3-5 Years

About Pearce from CBRE

Pearce is an innovation-driven organization operating across telecommunications, renewable energy, engineering, field services, and corporate functions. As we continue to evolve through process improvements, digital transformation, AI, automation, and new ways of working, we recognize that successful transformation is ultimately about people.

We're looking for a Change Management Specialist who can help bridge the gap between project vision and employee adoption, ensuring that changes are understood, embraced, and sustained across the organization.

What Change Management Means at Pearce from CBRE

This is not a project management, software implementation, engineering, or operations role.

While many of the initiatives you'll support involve technology, process improvement, AI, and automation, your primary focus will be on the people side of change.

You will help answer questions such as:

- How will this change impact employees and leaders?
- What resistance or barriers to adoption should we expect?
- How do we prepare teams to succeed?
- How do we create buy-in and ownership?
- How do we measure whether the change is being adopted?

If these questions naturally interest you, you'll likely enjoy this role.

The Role

As a Change Management Specialist, you will partner closely with business leaders, project teams, operational teams, and technology teams to ensure organizational changes are successfully adopted and sustained.

You will spend time understanding how people work today, how their future state will differ, and what support is required to help them navigate that journey successfully.

Success in this role is not measured by whether a project launches on time.

Success is measured by whether people understand the change, adopt the change, and continue using new ways of working after go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Discovery

- Identify stakeholders and impacted user groups.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions.
- Facilitate current-state and future-state discussions.
- Build trusted relationships with employees, leaders, and project teams.
- Ensure impacted groups remain informed and engaged throughout the change journey.

Change Strategy & Planning

- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans.
- Define adoption goals, success measures, and readiness criteria.
- Establish risk mitigation and resistance management strategies.
- Create reinforcement plans to sustain behaviour change after implementation.

Communications & Adoption

- Develop communication strategies and key messaging.
- Translate project objectives into explicit business outcomes.
- Help leaders communicate the "why" behind the change.
- Build awareness, understanding, and conviction among impacted teams.
- Gather and incorporate employee feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

Training & Readiness

- Assess readiness and identify capability gaps.
- Partner with business experts to create learning and enablement approaches.
- Support the development of training materials, guides, and job aids.
- Ensure employees feel confident operating in the future state.

Go-Live & Stabilization

- Support go-live planning and execution.
- Monitor adoption, engagement, and utilization metrics.
- Identify and address barriers to adoption.
- Facilitate retrospectives and lessons learned sessions.
- Help transition successful changes into business-as-usual operations.

Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of Organizational Change Management, Change Enablement, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Transformation, Business Readiness, or related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working across multiple teams and functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
- Basic to intermediate understanding of AI and digital transformation concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prosci, CCMP, APMG, or similar Change Management certification.
- MBA or degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Experience measuring adoption and change effectiveness.
- Experience working with technology, AI, automation, or operational improvement initiatives.
