Senior Pega Developer – Smart Disputes
We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer with strong hands-on experience in Pega Smart Disputes, card dispute/chargeback workflows, and AI/GenAI capabilities.
Key Requirements
- Strong Pega development experience with CSSA certification.
- Hands-on expertise in Pega Smart Disputes, dispute resolution, and chargeback workflows.
- Experience with case management, workflows, SLAs, routing, and business rules.
- Strong integration skills in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and databases.
- Knowledge of Pega AI, GenAI, Process AI, or external LLM integrations.
- Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Visa/Mastercard dispute and chargeback regulations.
- Strong Agile/Scrum and DevOps experience.
- CLSA certification completed/in progress is preferred.
- Valuable collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.
