Position: International Voice Process Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in International Voice Process
CTC: 6 LPA (Fixed)
Location: [Hyderabad]
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed CTC: 6 LPA
- 5 working days per week.
- 2 rotational week-offs.
- Rotational shifts.
- One-way cab facility available within a 25 km radius.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English.
- Meet process-specific quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.




- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable command of English.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Candidates should have no absconding history throughout their professional experience.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
