- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Maintain and repair CNC machines such as DMG Mori Seiki, Doosan, and similar machines.
- Diagnose CNC alarms, machine faults, sensors, motors, drives, and control systems.
- Carry out machine calibration, alignment, and periodic maintenance.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for machine-related issues.
- Follow safety procedures during maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PLC, CNC controls, servo motors, drives, sensors, and electrical panels.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Preferred: Experience in manufacturing / aerospace / automotive industries.
