Preferred candidate profile

* Hands-on experience in PCB soldering and rework for Digital and RF electronic circuits.

* Skilled in soldering and rework of PTH (Through-Hole) and SMD components.

* Experienced in soldering QFP, QFN, SOP and various IC packages.

* Proficient in precision soldering of 0402, 0603 and other small SMD components.

* Skilled in IC soldering, component replacement, PCB rework and repair.

* Experience with Digital and RF PCB assemblies, including component-level soldering and rework.

* Able to identify component orientation, polarity, pin configuration and PCB references using schematics and BOM.

* Experienced in fine-pitch component soldering under microscope.

* Capable of performing PCB inspection,



solder joint inspection and rework to required quality standards.

* Familiar with handling ESD-sensitive components and ESD-safe work practices.

* Able to troubleshoot soldering defects such as solder bridges, dry joints, insufficient solder, component misalignment and open/short connections.

* Experienced in maintaining proper soldering temperature, flux application and soldering/rework procedures.

* Robust attention to detail and ability to work according to production, quality and safety standards.
