We are looking for an experienced ETL Testing professional with strong expertise in data validation, ETL testing, SQL, and data quality. Candidates with experience in any combination of IBM, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute ETL test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation.
- Write complex SQL queries for data validation and testing.
- Identify, analyze, and report data quality and ETL defects.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of data pipelines.
- Validate data across databases, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
- Work with development and data engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.




- Validate data transformations, business rules, mappings, and data completeness.
- Participate in test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Support testing activities across cloud and modern data platforms.

Required Skills

Must Have:

- 5+ years of experience in ETL Testing / Data Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL.
- Good understanding of ETL processes and data warehouse concepts.
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and source-to-target testing.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and defect management.
