Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled GIS Technical Engineer with robust expertise in ESRI technologies, web GIS application development, cloud platforms, and geospatial analytics. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise GIS solutions while leading teams and engaging with stakeholders across business and technology functions. The role requires hands-on development experience with ArcGIS platforms, JavaScript frameworks, cloud technologies, and GIS data management.

Key Responsibilities

GIS Development

- Develop and maintain GIS web applications using ArcGIS API for JavaScript.
- Configure and customize ArcGIS Experience Builder applications.
- Implement ArcGIS Online, Story Maps, Dashboards, and Enterprise GIS solutions.
- Develop custom widgets, maps, geoprocessing tools, and dashboards.
- Perform GIS data management, analysis, and visualization.

Technical Leadership

- Lead end-to-end application development including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with architects and product owners for solution design.
- Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and innovation initiatives.

Cloud & DevOps

- Deploy GIS applications on Azure and AWS platforms.




- Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Manage Linux-based deployment environments.
- Ensure application scalability, reliability, and security.

Stakeholder Management

- Gather business and technical requirements.
- Conduct client workshops, demos, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Coordinate with global teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide user training and documentation.

AI & Analytics

- Develop AI/ML-enabled geospatial solutions.
- Apply machine learning models for spatial analytics and forecasting.
- Build data visualization and analytical dashboards.
- Support automation and intelligent decision-making initiatives.
