We are looking for a hands-on, assertive and result-oriented Receivables & Collections professional to take ownership of customer collections, overdue recovery and credit control.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage B2B, dealer, distributor, project and institutional receivables.
- Drive recovery of overdue and long-pending outstanding.
- Handle difficult/high-value customer accounts and collection negotiations.
- Monitor ageing, credit limits, DSO and customer exposure.
- Coordinate with Sales/Commercial teams and recommend credit/dispatch holds where required.
- Resolve customer disputes,



deductions and reconciliation issues.
- Lead the AR/Collection team and drive collection targets and MIS.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in Paints, Construction Chemicals, Cement, Tiles, Sanitary ware, Plywood, Electricals or Building Materials preferred.
- Experience in Paints, Construction Chemicals, Cement, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Plywood, Electricals or Building Materials preferred.
- Strong experience with dealer/distributor and B2B collections.
- Positive knowledge of SAP/ERP, Excel, ageing and MIS.
- Accounting-only or back-office AR profiles will not be considered.
