- Manage patient accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and payment issues.
- Authorize or deny claims based on hospital policies and procedures.
- Identify and escalate complex cases to senior staff for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Solid knowledge of hospital administration processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and insurance representatives.
