- Drive structured migration of technology, data, and operations functions with minimal disruption and controlled risk.
- Establish governance frameworks, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure successful transitions.
- Ensure service continuity and reliable performance during and after transition phases.
- Leverage automation, AI, and data-driven approaches to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
- Design and implement technology and data infrastructure, including cloud platforms, data pipelines, security, and access controls.
