Job DescriptionResponsible for documenting, implementing, and updating organizational Integrated HSEMS policy, process, and procedures.

- Coordinate with various functions for the implementation of HSE policies

- Conduct HSE training awareness sessions

- Responsible for monitoring and reporting HSE performance

- Ensure periodic team meetings for review of incidents, progress on initiatives, and planning improvements.

- Identify, monitor, and ensure adherence to compliance obligations related to HSE

- Review and update management plans

- Ensure incidents are captured, analyzed, and corrective actions are taken.

- Assist during audits and follow up for implementation and closure of correction and corrective actions

- Ensure effective root cause analysis of non-conformances and implementation of appropriate measures for mitigation.
Role Requirement / Competencies:

- Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering / equivalent degree

- Thorough knowledge of the HSE policy and procedures

- Minimum 1-4 years of relevant work experience
