- Identify and develop relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients across the U.S.
- Search for suitable contract opportunities through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and vendor portals.
- Submit consultant profiles to client requirements that closely match their skills and experience.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.
- Negotiate pay rates, billing rates, contract terms, and employment conditions with vendors and clients.
