Role: Commissioning & O&M; / Client Handover Engineer

Key Deliverables / KPIs
The Engineer will be responsible for:
1) Successful commissioning of plants within agreed timelines.
2) Achievement of required treated-water quality.
3) Timely closure of commissioning punch points.
4) Successful client handover and obtaining handover/acceptance certificates.
5) Complete commissioning and O&M; documentation.
6) Effective operator training.
7) Client satisfaction and relationship management.
8) Conversion of commissioned projects into O&M;/AMC contracts.
9) Identification of additional business opportunities from existing clients.
10) Smooth transition from Projects Commissioning O&M;/AMC.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical:
1)
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Environmental / Chemical / Electrical Engineering.
2) 5-7 years of experience in STP/ETP/CETP/WTP commissioning and O&M.;
3) Hands-on experience in wastewater treatment plants is essential.
4) Should be comfortable working at project sites across India.
5) Experience with MBBR/SBR/ASP/MBR and tertiary treatment will be an advantage.
