JOB DESCRIPTION OF SUPERVISOR

- Should know Automatic & Manual car driving with valid license
- Shift punctuality and grooming of the parking team
- Shift briefing and significant considerations
- Discipline and frisking
- Maintain full ground strength
- Ensure minimum queuing at entry, exit and central pay station
- Count cash, store, lock and handover at end of shift
- Prepare shift end reports
- Ensure SOPs are followed
- Track individual performance of cashiers and wardens
- Conduct locational training
- Conduct surprise audit checks
- Handle incidents (theft, accidents). Escalate if unresolved
- Provide customer service punctures, direction
- Handle VIP entry and exit
- Liaison with mall operations manager

4 WHEELER DRIVING LICENSE IS Added Advantage

Required Profile: Age 23 and above, Minimum 12th std pass(PUC) or graduate, having team management and team handling experience of minimum 04 yrs is a must have handled a team of 30+ people and more, computer savvy and well versed with MS Office, Email and Business communication Skills (English Language written and spoken), Work experience from big Retail format stores, House Keeping, Security service providing Background.).
