Job Overview

Motilal Oswal Home Finance is looking for Relationship Managers to drive home loan business through customer acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through open market, references, builders, DSAs and other channels.
- Acquire new customers and achieve monthly business targets.
- Handle customer relationships and guide them through the loan process.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other teams for smooth loan processing.




- Maintain solid relationships with customers and business partners.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in BFSI Sales preferred.
- Candidates from Home Loan / LAP / Loan Sales background will be given first preference.
- Candidates from other BFSI sales profiles such as Banking, Insurance, CASA, Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc. can also apply.
- Good communication, sales and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in field/open-market sales.
