Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team, develop sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and expand the companys customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

2. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

3. Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer and distributor network.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.

5. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends.

6. Set sales targets and track team performance against KPIs.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

8. Handle major clients, negotiations, and important business deals.

9. Conduct regular market research and monitor competitor activities.

10. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management.

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* 2+ years of relevant sales experience.

* Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

* Good knowledge of market development and customer relationship management.

* Target-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
