- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients.
- Assess patients' condition and monitor vital signs regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Ensure proper implementation of doctors' orders and treatment plans.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly escalate concerns.
- Maintain infection prevention and control practices at all times.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety protocols and hospital policies.
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment, medication, and discharge care.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
- Ensure proper handover of patients during shift changes.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of patient care areas.
- Handle biomedical equipment responsibly and report any malfunction.
- Participate in emergency situations, including Code Blue and disaster management.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient dignity and rights.
- Follow NABH standards, quality protocols, and organizational policies.
- Attend mandatory training programs and participate in continuous career development.
Preferred candidate profile
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration
- Relevant clinical experience preferred (Freshers may also be considered as per requirement)
