HR Manager

*Experience:* 3 to 6 Years

*Salary*: 35,000 45,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance).

*Key Responsibilities:*

- End to end Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Employee Induction and Onboarding.
- Managing Joining Formalities and Employee Documentation.
- Monthly Payroll Processing.
- Handling statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, and other HR compliances.
- Employee Grievance Handling and Conflict Resolution.
- Managing the Performance Appraisal Process.
- Maintaining HR records and employee database.

*Desired Candidate Profile:*





- 3 to 6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
- Robust knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Operations.
