Protected operation of the plant

- Creation of robust safety systems for all operation and ensuring that non-conformances are analyzed & corrective actions are implemented
- Ensure PPE's are available and used in accordance with best safety practices
- To prevent accidents and near misses. They are analyzed to arrive at the root cause & actions are implemented to prevent recurrences.
- Conduct process FMEA to reduce breakdown and severity of process.
- Coordinate EHS meeting to identify and resolve safety related issue.

Improve the I/O norm of RM & utilities as to reduce cost& increase the profit margin and market share





- To identify and analyze the gaps & to take corrective actions to meet Budget norms.
- Improve I/O norms through Problem Solving Process (PSP)

Ensuring EHS compliance in process operation

- Identification of hazards, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, implementation of corrections & protection measures.
- Standardize practices through SOPs and Work instructions.

Reduce customer complaints

- Address customer complaints by deep analysis and take corrective & preventive action

Implementation of 5S, TQM and IMS

- Preparation of Plant operating manual, SOPs, WI, Checklist, & formats for the plant
- Implement 5S & Kaizen system in the plant

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal Candidate must be a B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 11-14 years of experience in Polymer Manufacturing plant with main exposure to Polymerization.
