- Incoming inspection of packaging materials as per specification and AQL.
- Check bottles, caps, pouches, labels, cartons and other packaging components.
- Perform dimension, weight, thickness, leakage, seal strength, torque and drop tests.
- Conduct online/in-process packaging quality checks.
- Verify artwork, barcode, batch number, MFD/EXP and MRP.
- Identify and control packaging defects and non-conformities.
- Raise NCR and support RCA & CAPA.
- Handle supplier quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support recent packaging trials and validation.
- Maintain inspection records, test reports and quality documents.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Purchase, Warehouse and Suppliers.
