Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Marketing Executive with 3u20135 years of experience in Chemical and Mattress Foam Manufacturing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer handling, sales coordination, market analysis, and achieving sales targets for chemical and foam products.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Business Development

- Promote and sell chemical, foam, and mattress-related products.

- Identify new customers and business opportunities.

- Maintain relationships with existing customers and distributors.

- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Marketing Customer Coordination

- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with Production and Dispatch teams for timely delivery.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Support marketing activities and product promotions.

Documentation Reporting





- Prepare sales reports, customer records, and sales forecasts.

- Maintain customer database and sales documentation.

- Update sales activities in ERP / CRM systems.

Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Logistics departments.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management

- Experience in quotation handling and business development

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / CRM systems

- Positive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to achieve targets and manage customer relationships

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Chemical, Foam, Mattress, or Manufacturing Industry preferred

- Strong marketing and customer handling skills

- Ability to manage sales activities efficiently under deadlines
