Business Process Delivery - Order to Cash Processor

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
- Perform order entry, verification, processing, and tracking.
- Coordinate shipment activities and ensure timely delivery confirmation.
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Resolve order-related issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the order lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with customers, logistics teams, and internal departments.

Required Skills

- Experience in Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations.
- Strong understanding of order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks.

Shift Requirement

Candidate should be flexible to work in both EU and US shifts:

- EU Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM
- US Shift: 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Work Mode

Hybrid

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1+ years of experience in O2C, Order Management, Customer Service Operations, Supply Chain Operations, or related domains.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational or night shifts.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
