Position: Senior Store Manager (Operations)

Location: Dhekiajuli, Assam (Relocation Required)

Salary: Up to 50,000 per month

Overview:

Chandan Retail Private Limited is looking for a Senior Store Manager to lead operations at our multi-category retail store located in a mall environment. The store features Footwear, Apparel, and Home Furnishing sections.

We are seeking a results-driven, customer-focused professional with strong retail management experience and leadership abilities to ensure smooth store functioning and high sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across Footwear, Apparel, and Home Furnishing departments.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain visual merchandising, store display, and customer service standards.
- Supervise, train,



and motivate store staff for better performance.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and replenishment processes.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly sales reports and coordinate with Head Office.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Minimum 35 years of experience in retail store management (preferably in malls or multi-category retail).
- Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Willingness to relocate to Dhekiajuli, Assam.
