Key Responsibilities of a PPC Head in CED Coating

- Production Scheduling: Aligning the coating line schedule with customer demands, assembly timelines, and dispatch targets.
- Process Flow Optimization: Coordinating material movement from pretreatment stages straight through the electro-deposition tanks and curing ovens without bottlenecks.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring raw material levels such as paint chemicals, demineralized water, and phosphating agents to prevent downtime.
- Capacity Utilization: Balancing line loading, batch sizes, and jig/fixture arrangements to maximize plant output and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Working closely with quality control (QC), maintenance, and shop-floor supervisors to meet strict automotive or industrial standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have thorough knowledge of the process, Manpower handling and utilization. He must work as a Team leader and maintain a valuable level of coordination between the entire teams like production/ process/ quality/ logistics/ maintenance.

He must be result oriented, cutting-edge, positive on accepting challenges
