Role & responsibilities

1. Lead complete machining production operations (CNC, VMC, HMC, Turning Centers).

2. Ensure achievement of production targets and improve machine utilization (OEE).

3. Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Optimize cycle time, reduce rejection, and improve productivity.

5. Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.

6. Coordinate with PPC, SCM, and maintenance teams.

7. Lead and develop production teams including Managers, Engineers, and Operators.

8. Monitor and control production costs.

9. Ensure preventive maintenance and safety compliance.

1. Robust knowledge of CNC/VMC/HMC machining processes

2. Lean manufacturing & continuous improvement expertise

3. Production planning & capacity management

4. Leadership and team handling skills

5. Problem-solving and decision-making ability
