We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our agile team at Torry Harris. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating and streamlining AWS Platform and processes, building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. You will also troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments. The role requires collaboration with software engineers, system operators, and other IT staff members to manage code releases and optimize continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment frequency and reduce lead time.
2. Manage infrastructure through automation using IAC tools.
3. Collaborate with development teams to understand and support application deployment requirements.
4. Monitor system performance, availability, and security, and take proactive measures to improve systems.
5. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to drive resolution.
6. Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for critical incidents.
7. Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and systems.
