Key Responsibilities

- Architect end-to-end AI systems, covering data management, model design, retrieval processes, orchestration, serving, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Design and implement LLM/GenAI solutions, including RAG systems, multi-agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration.
- Define and establish architecture for model training, fine-tuning, inference, and AI safety measures, ensuring robust prompt/system design and guardrails.
- Develop and enforce MLOps standards for CI/CD, experiment tracking, model and version management, and cost-performance optimization.
- Lead the integration of technologies such as Databricks, vector search, document pipelines, APIs, and orchestration and evaluation frameworks.
- Translate complex, ambiguous business challenges into scalable AI solutions, overseeing the transition from proof of concept to full-scale production.
- Mentor and guide teams involved in AI engineering, data science, and platform engineering, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure clear communication of AI system designs and functionalities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, data science, or MLOps with a strong emphasis on designing complex systems.
- Proven hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, agents, and AI evaluation techniques.
- Demonstrated success in building and deploying production AI systems with robust model deployment, monitoring, and observability features.
- Strong knowledge of ML pipelines, data workflows, vector retrieval systems, and inference architectures.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with tools such as Databricks, MLflow, Fivetran, Jira, and familiarity with vector databases and AI governance.
- Background in marketing analytics, decision intelligence, or value-at-stake scenarios is preferred.
